Twelfth Blog Post

Due to some household space issues, I spent a few days with my router unplugged, and thus, no easy access to the internet.

It was amazing. I was sleeping better, I had less anxiety, I was less inclined to feel all those little bad feelings the internet has a tendency to make you feel about yourself and other people, and I was beginning to be more active, moving around and getting chores done more efficiently.

I plugged the router back in last night and the anxiety and sleeplessness all returned. And my energy levels thusly dipped this morning.

Might be time to re-unplug that router...
